to add some precision: the note about Jerry joining the band should be moved up 2 bullets to just above the notes about Marty joining the band. i had the privilege of playing with Jerry for several rehearsals before i moved on. in particular we were working out the first ideas for Don't Light Your Own Fire and it was great to hear Jerry jump in with that Wes Montgomery octave lick.
