Does anyone have pics of this album from back in the day? It would be neat to see those old LPs but CDs are cool too. For LP that would be the disc(s) and the sleeve art.

example:
ANGUS G BERGERLOVER
The form didn't ask for this, but every other card input ever asks for this so I did it. On a whim, this morning, I put my name in again just first, MI and last, capitalized but not in all caps.
example:
Angus G Bergerlover
That worked. Go figure.
I'm a backer now! For reals. |
Hm. It never would have occurred to me to input my name in all-caps, and I've been known to take things very literally when it amuses me.

I've used the debit card quite a bit online, and it seems to always ask you to put in the name "exactly as it appears on the card" and that would be ALL CAPS. I can't recall if I did use all caps in the past.

I think when they say to put your name in as it appears on the card they mean ... if you are Dick Jones, but on your card it says Richard Jones.... you have to put Richard Jones. All of my cards say JASON R TOWNSEND, but I always just use Jason Townsend, I never even use the middle initial.

Any plans for more social media promotion? |
|
I saw that Terry, in a rare email, promoted the Inner Circle project, but I have not seen him promote this project. Fans have posted to his Facebook wall, but little by the band. Will they do an 11th hour promotion? Usually other artists of that era do some shout outs, but I haven't seen much for this project.
This project is doing well from the initial email and stretch promotions, but I know what it is like to be left out. I didn't know about KickStarter until after the Daniel Amos Dig Here Said the Angel and I bet others would be happy to be a part of this project if they found out about it through more social media.
I will continue to remind my friends from that era.
I wonder if the 78rpm and Larry Norman versions of Horrendous Disk will somehow make their way.

I'm a tech fan as well as a DA fan and my little heart is *glowing* right now, thinking of anything by DA on 78.
I may have to go back to church, just to pray for this!

Ultimately I put the data in "just as it appears on the card" but not all capitals, i.e. Berger L Basswhomper, not BERGER L BASSWHOMPER.
It's odd no one is aware of this potential error? And it's not clear where the failure occurred- with my bank or Kickstarter.

Honest injun- if you offer one or more 78 RPM records, I will withdraw my pledge and make a higher one!

My Denon 300-F TT only plays 33 1/3 or 45 rpm, so I'm out on the 78, but I understand that LPs mastered at 45 rpm sound better(?)... so, maybe that's a stretch goal #3? If the LP is currently only going to be standard 140 or 150gm, then I'd rather a stretch goal for 180gm than anything else. I'm reserving $$ to see if that becomes a possibility.

I'm in for the 3 (4?) disc CD, but I'd like to get the LPs too. Don't want to change up my pledge so my question is: will there be overstock of the record I can buy from the site?

Is there a video? May there be a video? If so I can Tweet it to my estimated 13 followers. I don't have Fudgebake.

Good to see stretch goals focused on quality box set |
|
I am happy to see that the stretch money is going towards quality upgrades and a box set to keep the disks. I would rather see that than additional items added. The production team already has a book and five disks to remaster.

Oooh, I want a sticker that says "Sticker" on it, maybe with DA in the background in a slightly different shade of black!
Just kidding; I know y'all will come up with something cool.

Serious how about an HD pin in all its red and green glory? I would wear it and relish the odd looks.

I believe the DA button is part of the box stretch goal.
