The "Ruckus" CD has Terry, Jerry, Ed and Tim along with the "Friends."
That seems like DA to me. Why is is billed Terry and Friends and not DA?
Does anyone know?

It was booked that way at Cornerstone - at least that is the way I remember it.

I was there too, and it was booked this way. I don't know why it is billed this way. If I remember correctly, Andy Pickett played in Greg's place. Jerry didn't do much of anything in the show. I was there for both 97 & 98 which were billed as "Terry & Friends."

Yes I think they didn't call it DA, because members of DA
could not be there and they had fill in members. Plus
on top of that they kind of did DA, Terry Solo and Swirling Eddies
songs all together.
