Same here. Come to the Northwest! I would definitely be there if it was ANYWHERE in Oregon or Washington.

Same here.

Terry and Andrew put on a great show today!!!
A couple surprises (to me):
Outdoor Elvis
Angels Must Smile like That
Buffalo Hills
And all the awesome stories shared.
I was tearing up every couple of minutes- good thing I didn't have too much to do on the soundboard!

Sun, Sept 27, 2009 11:00am Aletheia Christian Fellowship 2816 SE Harrison St, Milwaukie, OR 97222 (Portland area) Seating limited. contact pastor Josh for information. j@aletheiacf.org. If you plan on visiting, be sure to follow these directions to the venue as there are two churches that meet in our building at that time: Aletheia Christian Fellowship, Meets at Bridge House Community Church, Milwaukie, OR (not Portland, OR). If you park across the street, look for our sign out in front of a stairway to the basement of the left-hand building. That's where we meet (another Church meets upstairs in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings). |
This is the concert I'm putting on. Anyone else want to come? Let me know!

I can say with confidence that Terry would get a warm reception in our church community with Hide the Beer....
They're always hiding their beers from me

Denomination Blues
If It Be Your Will
and some new blues/ gospel song he was working on for a new project which totally rocked but I forgot the title.

According to Mike, our location was the only one that had enough interest to pull off the Master's class this time around, and since there were only 5 guys there, I guess I am pretty fortunate.
And I guess that means the Portland, Oregon area generates the truly dedicated fans

Went to his memorial service in Salem this morning. A very moving event, full of wonderful memories and celebration. It was amazing to see all the folks that represent the impact he had throughout his life, even up to the end.

Thread: Lost Dogs Show: Milwaukie, Oregon |
|
Well, despite nearly being cancelled due to the horrendous flooding in Washington, Mike's back and Terry's cold, the Dogs arrived just in time and put on a tremendous show:
Imagine That
Bullet Train
It All Depends
Devils Elbow
Rocky Mountain Mines
No Room For Us
Elanor, It's Raining Now
-The Gift Of The "Mange-eye" A play in 3 parts!!!-
Wish You A Merry Christmas
Here Comes Santa Claus/Rudolph
Song For The Day After Christmas
O Holy Night
Silent Night
Blue Christmas
Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Encores:
That's Where Jesus Is
Knockin' on Heaven's Door (with audience invited on stage!)
My favs were "Bullet Train" (which Mike absolutely tore up on guitar),
No Room for Us, Elanor It's Raining, and That's Where Jesus Is.
For my first management of a concert, it was a bit stressful, but rewarding for sure. Making a run to the grocery to buy lemons for Terry's throat was a particular honor
Here's a pic of Knockin' on Heaven's Door:

So, what were the best songs from the Lake Stevens show?
I'm hosting the Milwaukie concert tonight. My first time doing this, so a bit nervous but super excited!
If you live around Portland, you all had better be there!

Hey folks,
Anyone know why all the songs on Zoom Daddy are copyrighted as 1988 on the lyrics pages when the album itself came out in 1994?
