The reason I ask is because, if some sort of continuity could be established with them packaging-wise, later down the line you could offer something to collect them together - a slipcase, a printed binder, something along those lines. That's if this is going to continue on. If this looks like it may end up a one-off, then that's a lot of unnecessary infrastructure .

Well the original intention was for it to be a series, like Phil Keaggy's Back Room Tracks, which were a collection of demos, live stuff and other oddities that he put out through his fan club. Keaggy's were cassettes with no artwork at all, but we are going to do CDs with artwork. Terry has a recording system in his home now, so that allows him to be able to do some special recordings and to demo material for other projects. So Terry will use it to not only put out old material, oddities and demos but he will also do special things like writing a song about whoever you want. There may end up some other special ideas besides the writing a special song. Possibly requests, possibly fan submitted artwork, or various other fan interactive things.
The idea of a box or folder to put them all in is a good idea.

The deadline will probably be fluid, or stop whenever Terry says ok enough orders have come in and its enough songs to have to write. Which is pretty much what happened this time.

Yeah I was talking about the $150 special song version.
I have no idea as of yet what songs will be on it. We should know in a day or two.

The standard editions will be shipping very soon it sounds like.. within a few days.
The custom versions might be a little slower, but what we might do is send the standard version to those folks also and then send their custom tracks as mp3s. Then we'll send the custom discs once they're done.
Its all very fluid right now, but we're trying hard to get them to everyone before Christmas.. at least for the early folks and custom disc orderers.

Should be able to share the track list (or a partial tracklist, if he wants some things to be a surprise) very soon. I just need a green light.

Yippee! I have been waiting for the track list. I am also waiting to order until after Christmas day in case someone had the fantastic idea to get this as a gift for me.

I will say that theres really something for every fan here.... new songs, newly recorded revisits to older songs, unreleased DA material, story telling, some new Neverhood related stuff, some rough demos and oddities, previously unheard CrimeHorse, etc.

I know that some Crime Horse tracks were previously released, but I don't really know anything about how this project came about.
What was Crime Horse?

It was a project that the Eddies started before there was an Eddies. My memory is a little foggy on the circumstances, but for whatever reason Frontline didn't like the early demos and rejected it. Then the fellas went off and created the Eddies.

Seems like they wanted something not so serious.

No. The only ones released in the past were "Like Lazarus" and "Stones of Venice."
