     | Good stuff. A little quirky, as it should be. Some Dylan-esqueness thrown in, if that makes sense.

     | Digger, did you hear the Constellations reveal themselves one star at a time?

I'm not too far from Bobcaygeon, in terms of kilometers, maybe 100.
 Welcome to this here place.

        | RE: Swirling Eddies - Cardboard Box (Preorder Preview) | | Kinda disturbing. Probably won't make my NP list.
I know some cardboard box peeps and this creeps me out. I guess if you drive by cardboard box villas, you might wonder what placed them here.
 Me? Not so much.
EMS for the last 25 years in a clime that is invitingly mild, we sometimes have a moment to reflect on our 'subject'. Beatings, stabbings, overdosings, seizings, rantings, rapings, and all other manner of mayhem sometimes blur your eyes to the humanity buried beneath multiple layers of filth, poor choicings, and misfortune.

Yet, the Spirit reminds us........."31 "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'

37 "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'

40 "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'

 Matthew 25

     | I see it as just another story song... like "Pretend I'm Elvis" or something along those lines. I don't think its intended to be unsympathetic to homeless people even slightly.

     | It shows that homeless people can love, have romance, & live for certain pleasures....regardless of the circumstances. It's another story that can subconsciously influence others to be more aware of the homeless & to view them as people with feelings...not perps that are waiting to jump in your car.

     | I say "living in a cardboard box" idea is a metaphor for something else, like being flexible and living your life wherever God has placed you.

 Or not...

Either way, I really like the song!

     | my initial thought was its a story about something a lot more common in Camarillo than say, Superior WI.- yet the commonality of it goes unnoticed by nearly every eye.

Its an observation- perhaps like the Bum in Corona..
though this tune is not intended to be as humorous- at all.
the "funny lines" have a cut to them...
