Actually, no. Terry can't. But Camarillo Eddy can and Terry (posing as CE) is just doing an artistic impression of the great one.
It's too bad the guys from DA thought they could pull the charade of pretending to be The Swirling Eddies. I might have been fooled, but they made the mistake of using their real names in the credits.
