- Why should I sign up to that list? Will all of the same information be posted here?

You should sign up first and foremost because not all of the information sent to the list will be posted here.

Secondly, the newslist is the only way we can reach the majority of the online fanbase quickly. If there is a spur-of-the-moment concert put together, a sudden interview on the radio or a streaming performance being played online - the email list is the quickest way to let you know about it.

There will always be news and bits of information posted here - but usually, its only things that are not yet ready to be announced for one reason or another. In some cases, its something that is simply not set in stone yet and might fall through. In other cases, its so early on in the production work that it would make little sense to announce it officially at the time. The News list has a much larger membership than the DAmb and many of those folks only want to receive emails about major announcements. So, thats why we will do smaller announcements or announcements that are lacking solid details here and the big ones on the list.
