Good ol' Popdose! A Down The Line Zine feature would be great as well, though that may be more of "preachin' to the choir" kind of thing in terms of exposure. It also seems like someone at Paste should be a fan and want to spread the love, but I don't know anyone over there.

Ooh, title announcement. Any idea of how many songs they're going in with (I'm fully aware that the final number could differ significantly).

Thread: Frontline re-issues |

The official Frontline page has announced that the Amazon CDs are "Amazon on demand" CD-Rs.
Also, I think the Adam Again release is the only one being remastered at the moment.
So, I look forward to a future deluxe release of "Motorcycle."

DrDanAmos,
I presume the "demos" refer to the youtube videos of Uncle Terry performing some live previews of the new songs. I'm pretty sure no more substantial demos will exist until the band gets together next year.

Sounds cool. Any more details that can be shared at the moment? Will this be downloads only? What level of mixing and mastering? Will Bootleg '82 be available from this store?

I've honestly been so busy/sick that I haven't had time to delve into the comic yet. It was packaged great for safe shipping through the mail.
My glance through was satisfying, though this does seem more like a collection of sketches from Doug with text from Terry, not quite a full-on graphic novel. Again, I haven't had a chance to really sit down with it, but it looks like it provides a nice storyline to go with the songs. Grab one yourself, damos!

It may be that nobody knows, but have names been named for who the guys would like to record with and have mix and master the new album? I'd personally love if they hit up Steve & Derri in Nashville, and that seems like a logical choice. Jason Martin would also be a cool choice.

Glad to see things progressing steadily. I hope we can overfund and make this a great experience for the guys...which will, of course, become a great experience for us as well!

I'll definitely spread the word far and wide. I also think a video from Uncle Terry would be a great way to "kick" things off.
Don't be afraid to do fun and limited donation gifts, like old signed posters or album art, mixtapes, junk from around the band members's houses, in addition to Kickstarter staples like downloads, CDs, and T-shirts. Phone calls from band members would also be a pretty cool and fairly inexpensive donation gift to fill. Just throwing ideas out there...
