Speaking of ordering issues - I am putting together an order of releases I am missing. The two volumes of Pearls Before Swine are listed at $15 each on the website. But when I add them to the cart, they are both at $20 each. Can anyone verify what the current price is?

Probably at best this is someone that pressed 60 copies of their songs back in the 80s and then made up a bunch of stuff to drive up the value on eBay. But you never know - I thought that the band "Rescue" was a made up band until I found two of their releases.

So this band claims to have opened for the "Daniel Amos Band" in Boston sometime between 81-85. Anyone know if this is a real band, or just a Wikipedia spoof?

Everything from the first album through Darn Floor is already on vinyl at good prices, so if there was another vinyl release I would vote for something not currently on vinyl like Motorcycle. The best way to get that to happen is probably for fans to contact labels like Retroactive and Vinyl Remains and let them know you would be interested. And then buy their current releases so they stay in business Smile But the people involved in these labels are always on Facebook asking for fan feedback on vinyl re-issues, but the response is usually so small I don't blame them for not going through with it.

No problem, really. I am just stoked to have my name in there! I just spoke up in case there was time to fix it. If not, no worries.

Is that list of artwork contributors a list of all contributors, or just those that were used in the artwork?

Either way, its cool to have my name in there. But "Crosslin" has two "s"'s, not one. At least you got "Matt" instead of "Mat" - its funny how many times I am referred to as "Mat Croslin" Smile

I think Steve called him in the last month or so. Somewhere around there I think.

Thanks for the help - I should have guessed a Yahoo group.

Sorry to sound like a Noob... (more like a lurker that needs to pay more attention) but where is this DADL section? Is that a subscription type area, or am I just missing the glaringly obvious?

Terry Taylor in Down the Line magazine - for free 01-21-2009 11:10 Forum: General Discussion

Usually I put this in the other music category, but since it has an article by Terry Taylor in it, I thought maybe it fits here better. If I am wrong, call me an idiot and move the thread Smile
