  Adam Again: Final Performance

Here is a Worldwide Part I film clip for all of you Roe fans. Mike did an excellent job on Deep with Adam Again. The clip is not color corrected, effects, audio etc. Just in the rough cut stages. But what a performance from Adam Again and Guest Players. They still blow my mind. Its a long download.

The Players

Mike Roe
Riki Michele
Paul Valadez
Jon Knox
Greg Lawless
Andrew Prickett (Lead)
Steve Hindalong (Percussion)

Prickett just smokes on this tune, and I love seeing Greg play Genes rythm guitar parts. Priceless.

yeah -I used that reasoning jist last night...

tried to call my daughter on one of her friends Cell phones- I hate them things- I handed it back to her and said- "Dial For me"
She gave me a look so I piped-

"Cmon - I just got out of my cave- only to find its snowing- go easy on me!"

we did get a beautiful covering of white stuff- guess it IS that time for year for us.

(melting today.)

Freak and All- let the pre Crimbo begin!
have a great holiday - so much to Thank Him for.

Thanks Jiminy...

the snow has hit us today... - lovely. Love this time of year - the cool and crisp days...

Great to gather with the family in a warm home and count our blessings together... as the snow floats past the windows.

Have a wonderful time with your family tomorrow.

Thanks! Pleased

Mike Roe's performances on the CD give me goose bumps, especially Stone - I can't wait to see that one. Sim Wilson's performance was probably my second favorite - it will be interesting to see if that changes.

I do hear the roughness of the sound mix, as compared to the CD version - no problem, I'm just glad to have the clip! Pleased

I would never have guessed Mike had to look at the lyrics just listening to the CD. Big Grin

  Adam Again C-stone '97

I saw them at C-stone 97(I think) and it was awesome. I had seen them at an earlier C-stone and wasn't as blown away as this one. But it was a good c-stome that year. The Lost Dogs did a great show, but if I remember right Terry wasn't there. He was sick or something. I could be wrong, not 100% certain. It seems to me that was one of the last times Steve Taylor played. His C-stone main stage shows were always great too. I haven't been to C-stone since 97 and one of these yrs I'd like to take my son and go. Anyway Adam Again was great that night.

Terry was sick. That was the first time we drove across all those states to the corn field, and he was not there.

AA was tremendous. I think they started with a blistering version of Hopeless.

  Hopeless

yea I remember. I was thinking when it was done, WOW and that was only the first song. Just standing there slack jawed. It only got better from there. If I remember right it was sort of a jammed out version too. Yes it is coming back...'97 was like a generation ago.

Yep. It was at that show that the normal stage bickering, that is usually part of the show, seemed to go a little too far between Mike and Gene. It seemed that they were really irritated with each other. It was a little uncomfortable.

Also, in classic Mike fashion, when he forgot Terry's lyric he sang something like, "I forgot the words so baby, what the Hell."
