If any of you are fat, you can become a woman and take on this morning sickness for me! You'll lose weight faster than ever before. I've lost 6 pounds in the last week.

Of course, I be shapely too, so I can stand to lose some weight, but this is a horrible way to lose it!

how far you been walking? I think anything over 4.8 miles a day really helps!

Wow, I only walk 2 - 2 1/2 miles. What pace do you use? Is that a 15 minute mile?

I can walk 5 miles in around an hour & one-half.
6 miles takes around 2 hours.
