  Lost Dogs "Desert Flowers"

Does anyone have a translation for the chanting in the Lost Dogs song "Desert Flowers?"

I'm guessing it's Navajo and roughly corresponds to something in the English lyrics; wondering if anyone can give me specific information.

As best as I can tell, Ayoo means "love", Ada means "they are", and Ahoni I couldn't find. But if I were to guess, I'd say "They are loved" is the answer....
