Allow me to enlighten Dr. Rich. It is this alternative/cult movie of the 80's called,
"The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension." It has Peter Weller, Ellen Barkin, Jeff Goldblum, Christopher Lloyd, and John Lithgow in it.
It is a bunch of inspired looniness, just the stuff that people who love the Eddies would enjoy.

Rent it when you need some mindless entertainment. You will thank me.

Okay! You talked me into it! Cool
Thanks!

oh, Great. MoRe inspired looniness for dennis

Well, that is all fine & GooD for Jubilee50 , wakachiwaka & ladrtrk55 etc. they all live at least a few States away...
but for us Minnesotans it's just like adding fuel to a already raging FiRe Tongue

Okay, then - I'll add the caveat that I liked the description of the movie a lot more than its actual execution. I only saw it once (many many years ago) and came away with a feeling of, "okay then - that's out of the way!".

For real inspired lunacy:

This may be the most convoluted film I have ever seen.

Yup.

I love it!

It was deconstructionist before people knew what that was.

Indeed. This is up there with "The Wall" and "SGT. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" as some of the weirdest movies I have ever seen, yet am drawn to see again. "Head" is at once genius and, quite frankly, one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Well, maybe not worst, but most painful. That would probably be the best way to phrase it.
