I've always heard it as

Jason and his Argonauts…
in the beginning and then a change at the end to

Jesus and his Astronauts going to the perfect spot
but that just sounds dumb

so I still think it's

Jason and his Argonauts…
but the last part could be
"something" to the perfect spot or mystery spot

or even the original line
hanging out in parking lots
