  can't get ahold of webstore?

has anyone else had trouble getting through to the webstore giants via e-mail?

I've sent several messages over past month and have had no response. please help a rainy day damber

As posted on the store page, we are still behind on email. We had some major delays in December, which kept us way behind on things through January - and slightly behind through a lot of February and March. Email is the hardest thing to get caught up on, because we get hundreds every day. I've been answering as much as I can every day, but still have a ways to go.

However, we are reading most of it as it comes in and all emergencies are taken care of immediately (like overcharges, incorrect CDs ordered, etc).

Is the store still behind on email? I was just wondering, since I sent them an email a few days ago and they haven't responded. I wanted to know if they will be restocking Imaginarium any time soon.

Plus, what's the average wait when you do order something? Anybody know?

We get a few days behind on email occasionally.. like right now... but I plan to get caught up again this evening. If we spend some days trying to get other work finished we sometimes get behind on email a few days.
