I got Outdoor Elvis Today!!!
Maybe the most underrated CD Terry's done. I hadn't even heard of half the songs. What a cool CD.

Whooaa Nelly!
Now yer speakin' my tongue!
I currently have this one in my truck's CD player. (for real)
This is the disc that turned my life around...and thus I became an EdHead!
At first I listened to it and thought, "Wow! How blasphemous! These guys are dis'in' the "leaders" of God's church! How dare they!?" So, I promptly threw my cassette tape of OE into the Albertson's trash can...witht he rest of the trash!
After afew weeks of muling the lyrics around in my head...and beginning to open my eyes to some of the "KRAP" that was happening in the mainstream church that I was attending, I soon changed my mind...and decided that it was high time I break free from under the spell of the "pulpit masters"!
There ended a chapter, and began a new one in my Christian walk/life.
"I always make it a point to tell my testimony!"

Is that something I'm not supposed to be doing here?...
I didn't read that anywhere in the ettiquite rules thingy.

I have not stopped listening to this CD. I love it. It's so anti TBN! My grandparants would hate it. Paul and Jan are gods to them.

Unfortunately, Camarillo has been absent far too long!
The Eddies seem to have been in quite a "dry spell" since their somewhat unsuccessful effort to "cross-over" to the mainstream CCM in 1996 with "sacred Cows".
Unfortunately, this CD reveals the plain and simple fact that they are out of material! Usually, when a band does a cover tune it means that they are somewhat in a slump as to writing inspiration. The fact that the Eddies did a whole album of covers was really, really sad! Unfortunately, this revealed to their fans as well as the whole musical community that whatever musical "Freshness" they once possessed has been long gone, "washed" out of them while they were shipwrecked out to sea in 1993.
I hope that the poor Eddies can somehow find that little spark of creativity within themselves and come back to reach their full potential!
Sincerely,
Lost Eddie Fan

Maybe they just need a little old fashioned encouragement.
